Golden Eagles, Miners Stay Atop Polls

Del Oro's JVs and Nevada Union's freshman remained at the top of the weekly foothillpreps.com's football polls for area grid teams.

Del Oro defeated Merced, 34-13, at the JV level while NU's frosh handled Natomas' speed and posted a 39-0 win over the Nighthawks.

This week Del Oro plays Vintage of Napa while NU's frosh travels to play at Antelope Thursday night.
