Penn Valley All-Stars Announced

 
Penn Valley Little League has announced its All-Star teams for District 11 tournament play which begins in July. Here are how the teams shape up:

In the majors division (11-12-year-olds), Rich Benevento is the manager. The team will play its first game on July 5 against Bear River at Pioneer Park in Nevada City. Game time is set for 5 p.m.

Dave Voboril will manage the 10-11 year-old All-Stars. They will play their Area II tournament games on their home Penn Valley field at Western Gateway Park.

In the 9-10-year-old division, the manager for the All-Stars will be Chris Maxwell. The team’s first game will be on July 3 at 5:30 p.m. in Foresthill against Newcastle.
