MEMORIAL DAY TOURNEY ACTION - Bear River Little League catcher Tyler Toft blaocks the plate against a runner from Tri-City in the semi-final game of the recent District 11 11-year-old Memorial Day Tournament. A total of 14 teams representing 10 leagues in District 11 competed in the event. Tri-City No. 2 defeated Tri-City No. 1, 8-5, in the championship games. Area teams are now winding down their regular seasons in anticipation of the upcoming Tournament of Champions. Major division action for Area II begins on June 20 with Bear River LL hosting.
